How to Solve Our Human Problems

At the Centre and Online with Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Leksang on Sunday morning and Tuesday evening

how to solve our human problems

These classes offer a rare opportunity to receive commentary to the book ‘How To Solve Our Human Problems’ and systematically go through all the topics that are included.

The teachings in this book are particularly powerful for helping us to develop a strong, stable, peaceful mind of patient acceptance and to overcome our tendencies to become stressed, irritated, upset, anxious and angry. Learn how to respond to life’s challenges with a positive and peaceful mind and use them as opportunities for spiritual growth and development. Through understanding and practising the teachings in this book, we can gain true inner strength and confidence. These classes are fantastic for beginners and long term practitioners alike.

Over the next two series of classes,  we will look at Buddha’s teachings on how to keep a peaceful mind in difficult times. We will be covering the topics in this book until early December.

Attend a single class, a whole series or both series – as you wish.
