we understand everyone’s routines these days are varied, busy and changing rapidly, which is why we have designed and catered our classes and courses around these lifestyles, thereby making it easier for everyone to find an event that fits in with their schedule; delivering the benefits to help them with their mind and their overall inner peace and happiness.

morning meditation classes
rise and set yourself to shine with our morning classes, designed to help uplift your mind and get your day off to a positive start

when do they run?
every monday from 8am

25 minutes

take time our of your day to develop some inner space and connect with buddha’s wisdom with these short meditation sessions which include some time to contemplate the practical advice to help us in our daily life

every weekday from 12:15am

25 minutes

both beginners and those with some experience, as well as those looking to supplement the teachings of the weekly classes

weekly classes
these sessions consist of a teaching on the weekly topic, providing practical advice about how to work with our mind during our daily life, together with two brief meditations.

there is a monthly theme to the classes, but each class also works as a stand alone class so you can drop-in at any point

every sunday at 11am or every tuesday at 7pm

1hr and 15 minutes

how much?
£7.50 per session or £20 for a monthly ticket

in-depth drop-in classes
provide the opportunity to explore in further detail the methods taught by buddha for working with our mind. through these methods, learn how to develop the inner qualities that lead to the experience of lasting inner peace.

our recently introduced classes are aimed at helping to uplift your mind and cultivate a feeling of inner peace, with a simple guided meditation and advice on how to meditate and keep a peaceful mind in daily life

when do they run?
every wednesday from 11am

40 minutes

£5 per session

those looking to learn how to meditate

saturday courses
these individually-themed courses provide the opportunity to explore particular topics in detail, and consist of teachings, a chanted prayer, and brief meditations.

the emphasis with these courses is on providing practical advice that can help us in our daily life, and how we can use meditation to help us do this

every saturday

times for these courses vary: short courses run for 1 and a half hours, half-day courses run for 3 hours and day courses run for 5 hours

short courses: £8 per person
half day courses: £15 per person
day courses: £20 per person

everyone, with particular retreats suitable for those with previous experience (please check the retreat details for each)

offer an opportunity for children to learn how to calm the mind and explore ways of living in harmony

each session includes some brief meditation, and a teaching presenting simple methods of how to increase our kindness and respect for others while keeping a happy and peaceful mind

monthly on the third saturday from 3pm

children between the ages of 3 and 11, together with their parent/guardian

retreats
to deepen our experience of meditation, it is very beneficial to engage in retreats, where the emphasis is on a particular meditation practice

at the centre we offer guided retrats, as well as more formal retreats suitable for those with previous experiences of particular practices

at various points during the year - please check the dates for each

how long for?
sessions usually last between 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 mins, depending on the retreat structure

want to attend the weekly classes but don't live in the centre? great news - we also teach these in centres across the midlands!

unfortunately, due to the covid-19 lockdown restrictions we are currently unable to offer any classes at other venues, but we hope to reopen our sutton coldfield and solihull branches in the near future – you can subscribe below to our weekly newsletter to receive the latest updates.
