The Centre offers a variety of meditation classes and courses that suit the needs of different people. They are open to everyone, regardless of beliefs or background and introduce people to simply tried and tested methods to calm the mind and develop a more positive attitude. Whether you simply want a short 25 minute meditation session, want to learn more about methods and techniques for transforming your mind or wish to fully embrace the Buddhist path, we have something for you.
The Centre is open outside class times and you are welcome to drop in and take some time to relax in our comfortable sitting and reading areas, enjoy a cup of tea or browse our shop.
