SOLIHULL CLASS – WEDNESDAY EVENINGS
This Drop-in class includes guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life. Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart and an opportunity to ask questions after the class. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary. Drop-in any week and pay £7, or book a course and get a discount 🙂

In these times of uncertainty, anxiety and worry are a common experience for many people. These states of mind rob us of our mental peace and prevent us from living our life to the full.
This series of classes will follow on from our special public talk with Kadam Bridget Heyes, National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in the UK, on Tuesday 12th Nov
Then week by week learn simple and reliable methods to reduce anxiety using meditation and mindfulness techniques derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom. These techniques when put into practice can help us to overcome anxiety and find a more relaxed, peaceful and positive life.

Parking Information for Tudor Grange High School: Half way along Dingle lane turn left into the school (1 way traffic only). Head towards the Main Block, veering to the right of it and then turning 1st left immediately passed it. The Drama Studio is then just on the right in that block of buildings. To exit the school exit via the Whitefields Rd exit and not the way entered as its a 1 way system.
