Our meeting and training room provides a warm and inviting space to host your event in a central and easily reachable setting.

This place is an exquisite, tranquil, and cosy space that caters to a variety of event needs. It is very popular with users and we welcome regular as well as one day bookings.

The venue boasts a maximum capacity of 50 people, making it ideal for meetings, presentations and training workshops.

The capacity for each layout is:

Theatre: 50

U-Shaped: 34

Cabaret: 32

Classroom: 28

Boardroom: 12

We do not provide catering. However, outside catering is permitted.

Room hire rates

£200 per day

£125 for 4 hours

Charity rates available

Refreshments can be provided for an additional charge per person.

Located right by The Mailbox, close to New Street station and other main transport links, the centre is very accessible from all parts of the West Midlands and beyond.

The Mailbox and Brindley Place nearby offer a number of cafes, restaurants and shops. This makes it a great place for attendees to enjoy the nearby facilities during breaks and lunchtime.
