Nowadays it’s very common to experience a very distracted mind. Our mind can be in a state of constant movement and it is rare to enjoy mental calm or stillness.

Yet mental stillness or inner peace is the true source of happiness. When our mind is more at peace, we naturally feel happier and can enjoy life.

By improving our ability to reduce distractions in the mind, the clarity and focus of our mind will improve and we can increase our mental peace. We will then find it easier to cultivate the positive qualities of mind we need to become a happier person and develop the ability to let go of the mental habits that get us down.

On this course we will learn how we can become less distracted and begin to enjoy mental stillness.

The course is suitable for beginners and those with more experience. It will include guided meditations and practical advice. It will give you tried and tested tools and meditation practices for finding happiness. Everyone is welcome.
