Our classes are taught by experienced Kadampa teachers, all of whom have been engaging in an ongoing qualified study programme for a number of years – under the expert guidance of qualified Buddhist meditation master, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Each class includes guided meditations and simple, tried and tested techniques for reducing the causes of stress, low mood and frustration.

KMC Birmingham is conveniently situated right next to The Mailbox on Blucher Street – off Severn Street/Commercial Streets.
The centre is about 8 minutes walk from New Street Station and close to tram and bus links.
Parking is available on side streets for free evenings and Sundays (please check signage for details).
