This course provides an opportunity to study Buddhist texts in a structured way, alongside a group of dedicated practitioners.
On this weekly Buddhist study programme, we will be studying the text ‘Meaningful to Behold’ by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche from September 2026. This text explains the stages of the path to Enlightenement, ‘Lamrim’ and is an extensive and practical guide to how to follow the Buddhist way of life.
Each class consists of chanted meditations, guided meditation, teaching, paired discussion and an opportunity to ask questions.
