SUTTON COLDFIELD CLASS – THURSDAY EVENINGS
This Drop-in class includes guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life. Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart and an opportunity to ask questions after the class. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary. Drop-in any week and pay £7, or book a course and get a discount 🙂

BREAKING BAD HABITS
We all have habits that seem hard to break. Even though we try very hard, sometimes we feel it’s impossible to change and our habits can make us unhappy or even harm our health. Through Buddha’s teachings, we can become free from our inner critic and gain confidence in our potential to change. We can then replace even our most stubborn habits with profoundly beneficial ways of thinking and living that lead to peace and happiness.

Authentic love is not something we ‘fall in,’ rather it is something we nurture in our hearts. It is not something we reserve for just one person, but instead is a powerful mind of cherishing that we can learn over time to extend to everyone.
