This engaging 3 week meditation series will explore some of the key habits of happy people. We will see how we can adopt these helpful habits, that will greatly enrich our experience of life.
We will explore meditations and special ways of thinking that uplift the mind. By carrying these with mindfulness into our day, we can maintain a light and joyful attitude whatever life throws our way. During the class the teacher will guide you through accessible meditations and explain how you can apply them in your daily life.
