Description

Lamrim meditations help us to solve the problems of daily life and maintain a calm and happy mind all the time.

Eventually we can attain permanent freedom from the inner causes of all worry and problems and help others to do the same.

Lamrim is the very essence of Buddha’s teachings and is very practical – ideally suited to modern life.

Move closer to perfect and lasting happiness by engaging in a short Lamrim retreat. Lamrim is a special set of instructions that includes all the essential teachings of Buddha.  The retreat will be based on the book The Mirror of Dharma with Additions by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche available from Tharpa Publications.

You are welcome to attend the whole retreat or drop in for whatever sessions you are able to attend.

The sessions will be available as Livestream for those with membership.

Session times:

  • 9am-10.15am
  • 11am-12.15pm
  • 2pm-3.15pm
  • 4pm-5.15pm (with Heart Jewel prayers – no teaching)

Everybody welcome
