About the course

Can you be your own harshest critic ? Do you give yourself a hard time when things get tough?

Being excessively self-critical can really undermine our happiness and our ability to live as we would like to live.

And yet – this is a very common habit which can lead to unhappiness, depression and a feeling of hopelessness.

However, the good news is that clear methods exist to reduce and eventually overcome this habit.

Within Buddhist psychology there are many techniques we can all learn to help you to develop a more accepting, balanced and overall kinder view of yourself.

On this 4 week course, Gen Kelsang Leksang will share these special ways of thinking and meditations that will help you silence your inner critic.

On this  course you will learn:

  • How to silence your own inner critic
  • How to be more realistic and accepting of your mistakes
  • How to believe in your potential
  • How to let go of guilt and be kinder to yourself – and others

If you’d like to learn how to do this, join us for our upcoming 4 week meditation course  taking place in Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton and Stirchley. This course is also available online to members.

This course will be great for beginners as well as those with experience.

Each class is self-contained and can be attended individually but maximum benefit derived from attending the whole course.

Classes include guided meditations and advice for developing positive and peaceful habits of mind.
