Description
It’s very easy to feel like there’s no time left in our week to care for our self and that looking after our body and mind is an unaffordable luxury. We can even feel guilty when we do carve out a little time to rest and recharge.
However, without developing a healthy mind, are ability to help others is very limited.
On this retreat we will explore some powerful contemplations, taught by Buddha, that give us the wisdom to prioritise caring for our own body and mind so that we can be of greater benefit to others.
We will also explore some helpful habits we can incorporate into our life, in order to develop a healthier body and mind.
On this course you will learn:
- How to prioritise caring for your mind
- Healthy habits for a happier life
- How to increase your ability to benefit others
- How to rest without guilt
The retreat day will take place in our beautiful peaceful meditation centre. You will have access to the large lounge area upstairs, where you can chill with a book in between sessions.
The day will consist of 3 sessions of guided meditation and advice on how to care for ourself and others.
Participants are encouraged to switch of their phones to enable you to simply enjoy the quiet and stillness of your own mind.

Come and learn some helpful techniques for caring for yourself and others.
Refreshments and a light vegetarian lunch will be provided.
