About the course

By learning to recognise and understand what is going on in our mind when we are unhappy or stressed, we can discover how to let these habits go
This practical six week meditation course will explore the ‘Six root delusions’ which are at the very root of all our suffering and how to let them go.
Drawing from the profound wisdom of How to Understand the Mind by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, this course offers a rare opportunity to explore how your mind works and how to generate a more positive outlook on life.
Each week we will explore habits of mind that interfere with our happiness and bring us down.
