About the course
Do you sometimes feel a bit flat – lacking in energy and confidence? Do you feel in need of a boost?
It’s easy to sometimes feel a bit tired and fed up. Feeling like life is a bit of a treadmilll and wondering whether things can change.
In order to live a happy, fulfilled life we need to take care of our mental and physical well-being.
In March-April we will be sharing tried and tested methods for developing hope, happiness and well-being.
We will explore simple practices, that you can use in your daily life to uplift your mind, increase your confidence and feel positive about your life and your future.
The course will explain how we can uplift and energise our mind by believing that positive change is possible and by taking steps every day to make it happen.
We will learn tried and tested tools for uplifting your mind, reducing stress and improving energy.
Kadampa Meditation offers many tools – meditation and good thinking habits that we can use to really learn to relax and let go of stress and sadness.
