class details

the class is very relaxed and informal. participants sit on chairs so no special clothing or equipment is required. the class is great for beginners and each session includes guided meditations and lots of practical advice for a happy life.

getting there

the women’s institute is in solihull, opposite morrisons and mell square car park.

this class is being held in the main hall which is on the ground floor. there is no parking at the venue itself but plenty of parking available in nearby car parks. the women’s institute is directly opposite mell square car park.

class teacher

the teacher of this course is Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Birmingham – Gen Kelsang Leksang. She has been studying and practising the teachings of venerable geshe kelsang gyatso for 20 years. she is appreciated for her  sincere and gentle nature and her practical presentation  of buddha’s teachings.
