Do you find that you lack contentment and often feel that you need something or someone to help you to relax and feel happy?
On this course you will learn how to deal with craving and addiction.
The course will explore Buddha’s powerful teachings explaining why we experience so much uncontrolled desire and what we can do to reduce it over time.
On this course you will learn:
- What is craving and why do we experience it?
- How to reduce our craving for external sources of pleasure.
- How to increase contentment and peace of mind
- How to work towards abandoning all craving
This course is suitable for people new to meditation and Buddhism as well as those with experience.
The course will consist of two sessions, with guided meditation and advice for a happy life.
There will also be opportunities to relax in the break and ask questions.
