This course is taught by Kelsang Lhasang. A Buddhist nun who has been studying and practising under the expert guidance of qualified Buddhist meditation master, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 15 years.
Each class includes guided meditations and simple, tried and tested techniques for reducing the causes of stress, low mood and frustration.
