Description

Join us for this uplifting way to see in the New Year.

The evening will begin with a short inspiring talk and meditation, guided by Resident Teacher Kelsang Lhasang. This will be followed by an opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal with good company.

As we approach midnight, we will bring the evening and the year to a close by engaging in beautiful candlelit prayers to Buddha Avalokiteshvara – The Buddha of Compassion. As midnight chimes, we will be engaging in the beautiful and powerful chanting of Om mani pame hum – the mantra of Buddha Avalokiteshvara.

Everybody is welcome to join us for a peaceful and uplifting way to see in the new year. You can attend part of all of the event.

If you want to experience some peace and calm I really recommend this centre. Everyone is made to feel welcome and there is something for all, from drop in classes, to weekly in depth study classes and Saturday courses.

First visit, silent retreat, very welcoming, inspiring and insightful. Well organised and the meditation sessions and class is definitely useful for anyone looking for to find inner peace and better approach to life and understanding of things and Buddhist practices. Will be going again for sure. Went thinking of stepping out of my comfort zone to try something new but found my comfort zone 😊. Many thanks 🙏.

I held an event in their upstair space. The space so amazing and cozy. It was easy access to toilets and have access to a small kitchen. The communication between myself and the venue correspondence was top tier 👌🏾
