If you want to experience some peace and calm I really recommend this centre. Everyone is made to feel welcome and there is something for all, from drop in classes, to weekly in depth study classes and Saturday courses.

First visit, silent retreat, very welcoming, inspiring and insightful. Well organised and the meditation sessions and class is definitely useful for anyone looking for to find inner peace and better approach to life and understanding of things and Buddhist practices. Will be going again for sure. Went thinking of stepping out of my comfort zone to try something new but found my comfort zone 😊. Many thanks 🙏.

I held an event in their upstair space. The space so amazing and cozy. It was easy access to toilets and have access to a small kitchen. The communication between myself and the venue correspondence was top tier 👌🏾
