But is there a way to get off the metaphorical hamster wheel? Buddha says – yes. If we change our mind – we will change our experience of life’s challenges. We can learn to identify the mental habit patterns that cause us to feel overwhelmed and to push ourselves beyond our limits.

With practice, we can create new healthier mental habits that give rise to a healthier lifestyle. On this course, Gen Kelsang Leksang will share timeless advice for learning to let go of unhealthy thought patterns.
