Description

Death is something we all must face, yet many of us feel unprepared, uncertain or even fearful when thinking about it. We may prefer not to think about death at all, but Buddha explains that developing a clear understanding of death can actually help us to live a happier and more meaningful life.

By exploring the nature of death with wisdom and clarity, we can reduce fear, appreciate the preciousness of our life and develop a deeper understanding of what truly matters. Rather than being morbid, contemplating death can be deeply empowering and can help us make the most of every moment.

On this course, Kelsang Lhasang will explain the Buddhist understanding of death, the process of dying and the importance of preparing our mind for this inevitable transition. Through practical teachings and guided meditations, we can learn to approach death with greater peace, acceptance and confidence.

Join us for this meaningful and uplifting half-day course and discover how understanding death can help you enjoy life more fully.

I held an event in their upstair space. The space so amazing and cozy. It was easy access to toilets and have access to a small kitchen. The communication between myself and the venue correspondence was top tier 👌🏾
