Description
Many of us have thoughts that tell us we are not capable, confident or good enough. Yet from a Buddhist perspective, these self-limiting thoughts are not reflective of our true nature—they are simply unhelpful habits of mind.
In this half-day course, we will explore practical Buddhist insights that help us move beyond the self-doubt and comparison that so often undermine our confidence and happiness. Through clear teachings and guided meditation, we will begin to see how insecurity arises from holding a limited and mistaken view of who we are—and how, by gently loosening this view, we can open the door to greater freedom, confidence, and inner peace.
As we become familiar with a more spacious and compassionate understanding of ourselves, we can let go of the pressure to prove or protect who we think we are, and instead experience a more relaxed, joyful way of relating to both ourselves and others.
