Description
We tend to seek happiness outside of ourselves.
It is as if we are constantly postponing our happiness, thinking that I will be happy when we are on holiday, when we retire, when we get promoted or when we get that partner etc.
However, if we check, no matter how hard we work or how successful we are, we never feel truly content and at peace with our self and others.
In reality, happiness is easier than we think (and a lot cheaper).
Happiness is just a thought away.

Join us for this practical course on how to cultivate happiness from within.
On this course you will learn:
- What is happiness and what are its causes
- How to cultivate happiness within the mind
- How to feel better about life even when things are going wrong
- How to cultivate a lasting happiness habit
This course is suitable for people new to meditation as well as those with experience.
The course will consist of one sessions, with guided meditation and advice for a happy life.
