About the course

Why do we keep getting caught in the same dynamics with people?

Sometimes our interactions with others can leave us frustrated, hurt or caught in familiar patterns. But what if the key to changing these experiences lies not in changing other people, but in changing our own mind?

This four-week meditation series explores how to understand the way our mind shapes our experience of others, stay calm under pressure, and develop the patience, compassion and inner strength to respond differently.

Through practical Buddhist wisdom and meditation, we’ll learn how to let go of unhelpful patterns and move forward with a more peaceful mind — even when life and other people don’t go according to plan.

As we approach the festive season, we’ll bring these practices into everyday life, discovering how to meet busy, challenging and unpredictable situations with greater patience, compassion and a peaceful heart.

You will learn:

  • What causes un-helpful people dynamics
  • How to stay cool under pressure or provocation
  • How to strengthen our ability to stay strong and peaceful
  • How to survive the festive season with a peaceful heart.

Join us for our upcoming 3 week meditation course taking place in Wolverhampton.

This course will be great for beginners as well as those with experience.

Classes include guided meditations and advice for developing positive and peaceful habits of mind.

This course is available in Birmingham City Centre (Tuesdays & Sundays), Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton and online.

I held an event in their upstair space. The space so amazing and cozy. It was easy access to toilets and have access to a small kitchen. The communication between myself and the venue correspondence was top tier 👌🏾
