Description
So often in our interactions with others we find ourselves experiencing feelings of hurt, rejection, and not being heard that can lead to developing anger and rage towards others.
This can feel hurtful and painful and can also damage our relationships with others.
Within Buddha’s exceedingly practical teachings we can find special methods for protecting our peace in our relationships and learning not to take things personally – whilst maintaining a healthy sense of personal responsibility.
Join us for this meditation workshop in which Gen Kelsang Leksang will explain how by applying Buddha’s extraordinary insight into ‘no self’ we free ourselves from taking things so personally.
We will explore how this in turn opens us up to a much more flexible and light-hearted way of responding to difficulties.
Not only does this greatly improve the quality of our life, it allows us to transform problems and conflicts into opportunities for great spiritual growth.
Join us for this practical course on protecting our peace and our relationships with others.
On this course you will learn:
- How to not take things personally
- How to grow through what we go through
- How to stay calm and objective in challenging situations
- How to develop a deeper understanding of human behaviour
This course is suitable for people new to meditation as well as those with experience.
The course will consist of two sessions, with guided meditation and advice for a happy life.
There will also be opportunities to relax in the break and ask questions.
