About the course
Do you feel like your mind is always on overdrive?
Life can feel very uncertain at times and this can easily lead to overthinking and worry.
However, we can all learn how to still our mind by learning to meditate and by making small adjustments to our approach to life.
Join us for this relaxing meditation course and learn how to restore some calm to your life.
On this course you will learn how to quieten and still your mind.
You will learn:
- How to connect with your inner stillness
- How to rise you above worries
- How to become more at ease with uncertainty
- How to cultivate an inner sense of stability and confidence
Join us for our upcoming 5 week meditation course taking place in Birmingham City Centre. Conveniently located next to The Mailbox. Free on street parking on Sundays.
This course is also available online to members.

The Teacher

The teacher of this class is Gen Kelsang Leksang, she has been an ordained Buddhist nun for 18 years. She has been studying under the guidance of the meditation master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 20 years and was first appointed as resident teacher at KMC Birmingham in 2007.
Known for her caring and positive manner, she has the ability to inspire people to improve their own lives by showing how Buddha’s teachings are relevant to the experiences of modern-day people.
