Does your mind come up with all sorts of stories – that just cause you worry and unhappiness? It is very common for our minds to go around in circles sometimes. Not only does this not get us anywhere, but can also cause a lot of stress and sleepless nights.
By reflecting on ancient wisdom, we can learn to develop a clearer and more confident mind. We can build into our lives simple adjustments to our outlook that enable us to become more calm and relaxed..
In this talk, Kelsang Lhasang will share timeless advice for learning to let go of overthinking and worry. The talk is open to everyone and is great for people new to meditation or Buddhism. It will include guided meditation and opportunities to discuss and ask questions.

The Teacher

The teacher of this class is Kelsang Lhasang. She is a Kadampa Buddhist nun, ordained in 2016. She has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism and meditation since 2009.
Known for her sincere good heart, Lhasang shares Buddha’s teachings with warmth and enthusiasm.
