In this gentle and inspiring 5-week course, Kadampa Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Leksang will guide you through practical meditations and timeless teachings that help quiet and focus the mind and restore a deep sense of inner calm.
It is great for beginners as well as those with experience.

About the course
Do you ever feel like your mind won’t stop racing — a constant stream of thoughts, worries, and to-do lists?
In this 5-week course, you’ll discover practical meditation techniques from the Buddhist tradition that help you let go of mental clutter and find inner stillness.
Each week, you’ll learn practical meditation tools to:
- Calm inner chatter with meditation
- Let go of worry and overwhelm
- Create mental clarity and focus
- Find peace and stillness
- Heal your mind of negative thinking
Everyone is welcome.
This course is suitable for beginners as well as those with experience of meditation.
Each class will guide you through 2 calming meditations and provide practical techniques for training your mind to become more focused and positive.
