Description

People are a big part of our lives, and how we relate to others can be a wonderful source of happiness—or a source of stress and frustration. When our priorities differ, opinions clash or someone behaves in a way we find difficult, it can easily feel as though the other person is the problem.

Buddha taught methods through which we can transform how we relate to others by changing the way we view them. In this course, we will be guided in meditations and practical ways of improving our relationships with wisdom and compassion. Rather than simply putting up with difficult behaviour, we can learn how to maintain a peaceful mind and respond in ways that are genuinely helpful for ourselves and others.

By becoming familiar with these meditations, we can develop the freedom to remain peaceful, whatever others may do.

Everyone is Welcome.

On this course you will learn:

  • How to understand the real causes of conflict and frustration
  • How to develop more wisdom based ways of viewing others
  • How to respond with true patience and compassion
  • How to enjoy greater peace and freedom in your interactions with people

This course is suitable for people new to meditation as well as those with experience.
