About the course

Do you find yourself often feeling dissatisfied and looking for more? Does this cause you to feel like you are always on the go – rarely taking the time to properly relax and enjoy the moment?

We are so used to being stimulated from the outside, that we find it difficult to go in and enjoy the stillness of our own mind.

Is it time to seek happiness from a different source?

Buddha teaches clearly that true happiness and contentment can only be found within your own mind.

By developing the natural peace and good qualities of your own mind, you can learn to access a deep happiness and contentment from within, without having to rely upon external objects.

On this course we will explore how to let go of craving and restless minds by learning to train in meditation.

On this course you will learn:

  • How to awaken your inner peace
  • How to cultivate the good qualities of your own mind
  • Meditations for contentment and joy
  • How to find joy in every day life

If you’d like to learn how to do this, join us for our upcoming 4 week meditation course  taking place in Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton and Stirchley. This course is also available online to members.

This course will be great for beginners as well as those with experience.

Each class is self-contained and can be attended individually but maximum benefit derived from attending the whole course.

Classes include guided meditations and advice for developing positive and peaceful habits of mind.
