Would you like to learn how to meditate or how to improve your meditation ?

Meditation is a very powerful tool for calming, uplifting and transforming the mind.

It is easy to feel sad, lonely and even a bit lost sometimes.

However, by learning to train our mind in deep gratitude, we can learn to heal our painful states of mind and feel a sense of joy, connection and purpose.

On this course you will learn how to cultivate deep and powerful gratitude in your own mind and use it to heal your mind of the causes of your pain.

On this course you will learn:

  • Reasons to feel grateful
  • How to cultivate an authentic gratitude
  • How to use gratitude to heal your pain
  • How to meditate on gratitude

This course is suitable for people new to meditation and Buddhism as well as those with experience.

The course will consist of two sessions, with guided meditation and advice for a happy life.

There will also be opportunities to relax in the break and ask questions.

The class will be taught by a qualified Kadampa meditation teacher.
